Mice are Nice

This is one of the pictures in The Original Peter Rabbit Calendar 1987 from The Tale of Two Bad Mice.

The Tailor of Kowhai Corner.

The rats are picking strawberries to eat.

Two female mice are enjoying a picnic in the winter sun. They have been homemade and are 38 cm tall. The mouse on the left is made of brown velvet and the other one is made of olive corduroy.
This homemade mouse is made of light gold corduroy and is made from the same pattern as the other two.

This book was received in the 1950’s. It has no year that it was published.

This is one of the pages from Willie Whiskers. The scan didn’t fit in the gollywog that is sitting in front of the train on the right of this picture.

This is a blank card by Tender Thoughts.

The Grayson Quads Visit Fifi

Tansey, Lace, Tracy and Chantilly have been invited by Fifi to visit her.  Fifi is outside her house to welcome them inside.

Fifi invites them inside to have some lunch.  She has made some sandwiches and lovely decorated cupcakes.  The Grayson quads are so impressed with what she has prepared that they eat all that is on the table.

Fifi takes them to the bedroom that they can use while they are here.

In the morning Fifi tells the Quads they are going on a picnic to visit her friend.

Fun Photos 2014

Hebe Know with a hebe flower.

Herb Know, twin to Hebe, is standing on the mixed herbs jar by the young basil plant. On the back label on this jar is a list of the ingredients, marjoram, thyme, sage, bay leaves and basil. Herb wonders what sort of herb he is.

Greg is deciding what flavour jelly he will make today... hmm maybe tropical.
