Dental Nurse Flo visits K. C. B. School

Mrs Clematis Know, the teacher, has arrived at Kowhai Corner Bunnyborough School early to prepare the lessons for today before the young rabbits arrive.

      Unfortunately, Mrs Know, has not be feeling well so she went to the Medical Centre last week and is awaiting the results from a urine test which haven’t arrived at the Kowhai Corner Medical Centre yet.

School starts with Mrs Know calling the roll. Coco and Freya Chocolate are absent fom school today.  Tansey puts her paw up and tells Mrs Know that they are at their home helping Mr and Mrs Chocolate paint their house.  Len and Larry Lemon haven't arrived yet.

Mrs Know tells the class that Dental Nurse Flo is coming to talk to the rabbits after lunch about dental hygiene.  This is totally new to the rabbits, but Mrs Know tells them it is very important especially now that they are all eating Mr Chocolate’s chocolates and other sweet biscuits and cakes that he cooks.

The bell rings at the end of the lunch break and the rabbits hop back inside the school room. Mrs Know introduces Dental Nurse Flo to the class.Dental Nurse Flo talks about how she checks rabbit’s teeth, gives advice and files teeth if necessary.She tells the class she is living at Kowhai Corner Bunnyborough Medical Centre with Nurse Emily but she will be travelling around the country visiting other rabbit communities to check their teeth.

Dental Nurse Flo tells the rabbits she has arrived by pony and cart. She has brought her dental tools with her and she will be checking all their teeth this afternoon.The first rabbit will be Len Lemon andthen his twin brother Larry, who will come to the cart when Len arrives back inside the school room.When Len arrives back inside the school room he will have a name to tell Mrs Know who is to go to see Dental Nurse Flo next.

Dental Nurse Flo examines Lace’s teeth and they are overgrown so she files them down.Lace is very brave and doesn’t make a noise.

Dental Nurse Flo is examining Gregg's  teeth, the last rabbit, when the school bell rings for home time.  Larry packs Dental Nurse Flo's dental tools into her chest and Dental Nurse Flo waves to the rabbits as Strawberry, the pony trots back to Kowhai Corner Medical Centre.   

Mrs Know dismisses the rabbits at the end of another school day. The rabbits hop to their homes to tell their parents about having their teeth examined by Dental Nurse Flo. Mr Know arrives to take Clematis home and they go past the Chocolate rabbit's home to see how much painting has been done. The outside of the Chocolate Family’s home has been painted brown.
