Kiwi Sports

Mr Kiwi and Doctor Kiwi have been looking at the poster on the wall at Doctor Kiwi’s office. The poster is of a Kiwi sports day that was held for all Kiwis a few years ago. Doctor Kiwi went to all the sports activities.  Mr Kiwi went with him as a support person in case there was any injuries.  There were no injuries and the Kiwi sports day was a great success.

The running was the most popular activity; even so, the kiwis are slow runners!

The tennis game was enjoyed by all who watched.

Farmer Kiwi arrived to watch the archery and two of his lambs followed him! The Policeman Kiwi arrived promptly to remove the lambs and put them in a pen until the sports activities were finished. Farmer Kiwi was very embarrassed.

The skiers did the course in a quick time but Mr Kiwi and Doctor Kiwi both wished they had worn a woolly hat.

Two kiwis that competed in the Commonwealth games came to watch the bowling.

The diving was spectacular and there was a deep sea diver in the pool ready for an emergency.

The Indoor basketball and netball skills were displayed.  It was an action packed three days of sporting activities for the kiwis.

Mr Kiwi pulls out of his pocket a kiwi sports serviette that he designed and the were given to all the participants to encourage them to keep active. Doctor Kiwi is very impressed… but he knows his brother is very talented.
